Research topics
My main research activity focuses on the study of animal interactions in natural and agricultural ecosystems as well as the development of new molecular tools to the assessment and conservation of biodiversity.
Current projets:
IMAgHO
Increasing the Multifunctionality of Agroecosystems by Harnessing fOod webs
The IMAgHO project aims at harnessing naturally occurring trophic interactions to maximise regulatory services in agroecosystems. This strategy has the potential to maintain and even increase crop productivity while reducing chemical input.
Project leader
Projet funded by an ANR-PRC grant (November 2018 to October 2022)
MIMOSA
Mécanismes d’interactions Insectes Microorganismes: une Opportunité pour la Sécurité Alimentaire
The MIMOSA project aims to characterize the nature and dynamics of insect microbiote communities through environmental genomics approaches. This knowledge will allow developping innovative agricultural strategies for pest control and preservation of beneficial organisms.
Associate investigator
Projet funded by a Centre Val de Loire Regional grant (October 2019 - October 2021)
