from April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025
The entrepreneurial world is evolving, and with it, new figures are emerging: neo-entrepreneurs. More creative, collaborative and committed, they are shaking up traditional models.
Organised as part of the NEOLAiA European University Alliance on 5 and 6 June, this first NEO Entrepreneurship event will explore these changes through the prisms of innovation, sustainability and emerging technologies. An interdisciplinary event bringing together researchers, academics and practitioners, it is part of a dynamic of academic collaboration around the contemporary transformations of entrepreneurship in Europe.
In this context, NEOLAiA is launching a call for papers open until 30 April 2025.
The emergence of neo-entrepreneurs calls for a paradigm shift in the way we view entrepreneurship. There is a shift away from traditional values, often associated with austerity, towards more hedonistic and romantic ideals, both among entrepreneurs and in society in general. To meet the challenges of tomorrow, entrepreneurs will need to be adaptable, creative and comfortable in dynamic and collaborative environments. New entrepreneurs place a central focus on personal fulfilment, individual expression and collective projects that promote shared creativity.
The first edition of the NEO Entrepreneurship conference will explore the themes of innovation, sustainability and the integration of emerging technologies into entrepreneurial dynamics. This interdisciplinary forum will bring together researchers, academics and practitioners to foster critical reflection on the evolution of entrepreneurship. Universities, recognised as major hubs of innovation and business creation, play a key role in structuring dynamic local and regional entrepreneurial ecosystems.
You have until 30 April to submit your research papers for the NEO Entrepreneurship conference. This high-level event is organised by the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Business of the Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava and will be held on 5 and 6 June 2025 in Suceava, Romania.
