September 23-27, 2024: Visits and interviews conducted by a delegation of female researcher-professors from Bielefeld University (Germany)

As part of the NEOLAiA diversity and inclusion working group, coordinated by Bielefeld University, the University of Tours hosted Michaela Vogt and Amélie Labusch for a week, organizing a program of meetings with various stakeholders and services working on this theme.

They had the opportunity to engage with:
- The NEOLAiA office of the University of Tours.
- Emilie Arnault, Simon Fortin, Sarah Herviault, and Morgane Courteille from the Student Health Service, and Nicolas Oppenchaim, Vice-President for Health, Disability, and Social Support for Students.
- Annabelle Hulin, Elise Bonneveux, and Mouhammad Fawaz, with a presentation of the IAE Chair "Inclusion at Work and Management".
- Christine Inchauspé, Head of the Equality Mission.
- Solène Loiseau, Disability Correspondent for staff.
- Cécile Chapon, Stéphanie Germon, and Hanan El Khadir, co-leaders of the NEOLAiA Teaching working group.
- Abakar Ateip Mahamoud, Ibrahim Allatchi, and Mahamht Nour, representatives of the Chadian Students and Nationals Association of Tours.
- Sébastien Larribe, Vice-President for Real Estate, alongside Nicolas Oppenchaim, on physical accessibility issues.
- Dylan Anjara, representative of Afro Asso (Blois Campus).
- François Hatot, Digital Accessibility Officer, on digital accessibility.
- Eunjin Lee, responsible for the reception and integration of international students at the International Relations Office
- Amandine Deloustal, NEOLAiA student ambassador.
- Florence Lagiere and Houda Souabni Kefi from the Cross-cutting and Social Affairs Department of Human Resources.

They also met with Marie Quinton, Deputy Mayor for Housing, Urban Policy, and Social Inclusion, and Damien Hentry, policy advisor.

Additionally, they conducted a guided group interview to identify issues related to diversity and inclusion at the University of Tours and carried out several site visits, including CROUS student housing and the ongoing construction at the Tanneurs site.
